for continued expansion. As part of our growth journey, we are looking to hire an

experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview :  The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving financial

performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This

position will collaborate closely with leadership to deliver actionable insights, lead

budgeting and forecasting processes, and support financial modeling for key business

initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a

strong background in financial analysis and reporting, particularly in a private equity-

backed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly,

quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring alignment with company

goals and strategic objectives.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Manage and execute the budgeting and forecasting
  • process, providing timely and accurate projections for revenue, costs, and

    profitability. Work with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with

    operational goals.

  • Variance Analysis : Perform detailed variance analysis, identifying key drivers of
  • financial performance and providing recommendations to senior management to

    address issues and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Financial Reporting : Develop and maintain key financial reports and
  • dashboards that provide management and investors with a clear and concise

    view of financial performance. Present findings to senior leadership and private

    equity investors.

  • Business Partnering : Act as a key business partner to various departments
  • e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to provide financial insights,

    support decision-making, and drive cost optimization.

  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes,
  • improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance reporting efficiency.

  • Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide financial analysis and support for key strategic
  • projects, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and capital

    investment initiatives.

    Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or
  • CPA preferred).

  • 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in
  • a management role, ideally within the consumer goods or food manufacturing

    industry.

  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance
  • analysis.

  • Experience working in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and financial
  • modeling tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Fishbowl) and BI tools (e.g.,

    Tableau) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data
  • to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and drive financial
  • performance improvements.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
