As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Client Experience Manager to lead our efforts in customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and campaign execution.


In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior marketing and sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, brand representation, and client engagement. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless customer interactions, fostering loyalty, and driving success for our telecommunications clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Promote clients’ latest products and services by delivering personalized recommendations.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement campaigns that enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth by boosting sales, building referral networks, and enhancing client retention.
  • Mentor and train team members to uphold high standards of customer engagement and service.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in sales, marketing, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address various customer needs.
  • A goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving team and company objectives.
  • A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
