Job Description
The Project Manager plays a vital role in the success of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project completion through effective written and oral communication, company technology utilization, and task prioritization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document clients' requested services in the company work order system efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.
- Report project progress and budgets to clients and upper management effectively.
- Identify and dispatch appropriate trade-related vendors.
- Recruit new vendors as needed.
- Negotiate nationwide pricing using negotiation skills.
- Document and submit vendor work order requests through the work order management system.
- Follow up with both clients and vendors to ensure timely satisfaction.
- Build rapport with clients and regularly call to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Provide timely and comprehensive written and oral updates throughout a work order.
- Resolve or escalate disputes to the project manager as needed.
- Track materials needed to complete a project and schedule accordingly.
- Employ critical thinking skills to detect, investigate, and solve client issues utilizing the work order management system.
- Certify accurate and complete information logged in the work order management system in a timely manner.
- Obtain required supporting information for accurate invoicing of clients.
- Work with billing to ensure timely service billing.
- Maintain a positive attitude with all clients and vendors, demonstrating a focus on customer service.
- Travel to site for surveys or on-site work management (as required).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Two years or more experience managing construction projects in a leading or supporting role.
- Six months of experience working with subcontractors.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and multitask without compromising quality.
- Able to read blueprints.
