Job Purpose :
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment. The TA Specialist will source, screen, recommend, and onboard candidates for positions. The TA specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to build applicant pools, establish partnerships with the management team, identify talent through effective interviewing and screening, and ensure a positive new hire onboarding experience.
Position Competencies :
- Organized and Detail Oriented - Ability to stay organized and prioritize workflow.
- Technologically Astute - Ability to utilize technology to perform all job functions effectively and efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication - Uses clear language to communicate information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses Good Judgement -Ability to exercise good judgement.
- Analytical Skills- Ability to interpret market research, internal and external feedback, and reporting to make recommendations to improve the recruiting process.
