Job Title: Team Leader
Division: Facility Maintenance
Reports To: Operations Manager
SUMMARY
Team Leaders are responsible for positively motivating their teams to complete all assignment related tasks. Crew Leaders are challenged with overcoming various logistic and job-related challenges in an effective, efficient, and economic manner all while reporting back to the customer and the home office. The Crew Leader acts as a working member of the team and will be expected to perform the same duties as the Hydroblast Technicians. Crew leaders are expected to represent Legacy Group Holdings, LLC in professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within some or all of the following industries:
- Power Generation (Power Plants)
- Paper Production (Pulp and Paper Mills)
- Oil and Gas (Refineries and Petrochemical Plants)
- Heavy Industrial Construction
- General Construction
- Over 5000 Hours of Industrial Cleaning Experience
- Ability to work Day and Night Shifts
- Ability to work Overtime as needed
- Willingness to travel for assignments lasting from a few days to several months
- TWIC Card
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid Driver License
COMPENSATION
Starting Pay: $18.00
Overtime: After 40 Hours
Per-diem: $25.00
Lodging provided
Transportation provided from office to assignment.
Salary : $18
