The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, full-time Real Estate Agent to join Legacy Group, powered by Real Broker, in Laconia, NH. The ideal candidate is committed to:
- Providing exceptional service to clients
- Generating and nurturing leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Conducting property showings, open houses, and listing presentations
- Representing buyers and sellers with professionalism and integrity
- Writing and negotiating contracts
- Collaborating with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate files and records
- Staying up to date on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
- Utilizing brokerage-provided tools and technology to streamline operations
- Attending business planning and weekly sales meetings
- Upholding a positive, collaborative mindset
Qualifications
- Real Estate License (Active New Hampshire)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends

Compensation & Schedule:
This is a commission-based position within the real estate industry. Work hours and days will vary based on client appointments and your personal schedule. Availability during evenings and weekends is often required to accommodate client needs.
Salary : $30,000 - $300,000
