Compliance Specialist – Legacy Healing Center
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Schedule: TUESDAY – SATURDAY, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (ONSITE)
Legacy Healing Center, a premier substance abuse treatment facility, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our compliance team at our Cherry Hill location. This position is vital to ensuring accurate and compliant client records, supporting our mission to provide exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit client charts in KIPU to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies by collaborating with clinical teams.
- Provide guidance to clinical staff on maintaining proper documentation practices.
- Maintain organized records of audits, findings, and corrective actions.
- Stay informed on compliance standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in compliance, auditing, or quality assurance within healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment is preferred.
- Proficiency with KIPU or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
