Legacy Healing Center is searching for the strongest, most qualified, hardworking, responsible, compassionate, energetic, staff in the world to provide outstanding care and supervision to our clients and staff at our newest facility in Wareham, MA.
The BHT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the coordination of transportation, client care, and supervision of peer recovery specialists.
Responsibilities:
· Follow and successfully perform all duties as assigned
· Adhere to company policy and procedures, and abide by all State and Federal HIPPA laws pertaining to confidentiality
· Supervise and schedule Peer Recovery Specialist staff
· Develop daily structure for clients and staff
· Work well in a team environment and in cohesion with our Clinical staff
· Maintain a positive attitude and clear understanding of boundaries
· Ability to block AMA's
· Fully complete intake paperwork
· Ensure Client Safety
· Drug Screening process
· Multi-task efficiently
· Remain calm under pressure
· Oversee overall property cleanliness
· Report all potential dangerous or violent situations
Qualifications:
· Knowledgeable about all stages of treatment, relapse, and recovery
· 3 -5 years working in substance use treatment environment preferred
· Must possess a Valid and Clean driver’s license
· CPR and First Aid Certification Required
· Crisis intervention training
· High school Diploma or equivalent
· Strong work ethic, disciplined, and reliable
