Dietician

The Clinical Dietitian responsibilities will include but not limited to: Implements appropriate feeding modality, diet, or nutrition support (enteral, parenteral) Monitors patients’ response to the daily nutrient intake making appropriate recommendations for nutritional intervention when necessary Educates patients and their families on nutritional needs and/or diets Assists in the development of and participates in departmental and interdisciplinary quality improvement programs Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to implement up to date nutritional management, including but not limited to enteral/parenteral nutrition, dialysis management, weight management, wound management. Have experience with the nutrition care process and EMR Perform patient satisfaction rounds Excel at developing rapport with the medical team Work with the Corporate Dietitian to provide exemplary care and education to patients, staff, and community Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university is required Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio.
