">About the Role
The RN Staff Nurse Ambulatory-Clinic is responsible for assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care following established patient care standards for Legacy Health System. This includes patient assessment and transfer.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients, families, physicians, and the community to provide effective communication and care standards. Your positive attitude will immediately put visitors to the ambulatory clinic at ease.
You will be responsible for patient care within an assigned department/unit and participate as a member of the health care team in cooperation with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee.

- Assess and analyze patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
