As a Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA2), you will play a crucial role in assisting licensed nursing personnel with patient care, ensuring that diverse needs are met under the supervision of a registered nurse. This position also entails supporting various operational functions, including clerical duties, housekeeping, and patient transportation throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Deliver patient care as delegated and supervised by a registered nurse based on the individual needs of each client.
• Engage in implementing and adapting the interdisciplinary plan of care while considering patients' preferences and routines.
• Promote self-care and independence among patients when appropriate.
• Identify and support the needs of cognitively impaired individuals with skilled intervention and care.
• Ensure a safe environment for clients by preventing hazards, using restraints properly, and adhering to infection control guidelines.
• Recognize and effectively respond to signs and symptoms of common diseases.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care following established guidelines.
