As a Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA2) in the Nursing Rehabilitation department, you will assist licensed nursing personnel in providing exceptional care. Your role will include working under the direction of a licensed nurse, adhering to established standards and authorized duties. Additionally, you'll perform clerical tasks, housekeeping, and assist with patient transportation throughout Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide delegated care under the supervision of a registered nurse, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in and implement interdisciplinary plans of care.
- Adapt care plans according to the preferences and routines of patients.
- Encourage self-care and independence when appropriate.
- Recognize normal and abnormal mental functions and respond to the needs of cognitively impaired patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control procedures and managing environmental hazards.
- Identify and communicate abnormal signs and symptoms of common health conditions promptly.
- Assist with basic nutrition and fluid intake for patients.
- Recognize emergencies and respond by demonstrating knowledge of emergency protocols.
- Document care provided as per guidelines.
