Our specialties include stroke care, chest pain management, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, cancer treatment, and orthopedic and total joint surgery.
We also have a birth center and breast health center available for patients.
Surgical Specialties Unit
Located on the third floor of Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center, units 3A & 3B provide high-quality patient care.
The Surgical Specialties Unit has 26 private beds, each designed to meet the individual needs of our patients.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this role, you will be responsible for delivering patient care within an assigned department/unit and working collaboratively as part of the healthcare team.
Under the direction of the clinical manager or designee, you will assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established patient care standards for Legacy Health System.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of registered nursing experience
- Completion of either the Legacy Health RN Residency program or a nursing program equivalent in content, curriculum, and duration
- Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians, and the community
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
