Remote Position (OR / WA Only)
This is a remote position – incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location. All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule.

The Medical Staff Privileging Coordinator is an expert in medical staff privileging within the medical staff services department. Under the general direction of the Manager of Medical Staff Services, he / she provides subject matter expertise, and is responsible for the development of medical staff privileges and associated criteria utilized by the medical staff within Legacy. This position is further responsible for the coordination and support associated with privilege form development and privilege form updates on a reoccurring basis.
This position serves as a resource for the Medical Staff and department staff, in understanding privileges and the criteria associated.
