The Urgent Care Team
Our Urgent Care team includes experienced Nurse Practitioners, an onsite Supervisor, certified medical assistants, and scheduling staff. We operate directly adjacent to our Primary Care clinic, in a building that houses multiple services, including Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, and specialties. All services in this region are connected to Legacy Silverton Medical Center, a hospital that has been proudly serving the surrounding communities for over 100 years.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for patients. The individual will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. In addition, the Nurse Practitioner will be required to adhere to guidelines set forth in Legacy's Values in Action.

Qualification and Licensure Requirements
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A graduate degree in nursing with a specialization in nurse practice.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current Oregon NP license with prescriptive privileges.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
