Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center is the South Metro area’s full-service medical center, with the friendly feel of a community hospital and the skill and services of a much larger medical center. Among our specialties : stroke, chest pain, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, cancer care and orthopedic and total joint surgery. Plus, a birth center and breast health center.
Responsibilities :
This individual performs a variety of clerical, computer information systems and support functions and processes the associated data. Responsibilities include work as assigned in several of the following areas : Outpatient admit, order entry, exam scheduling, importing and exporting images into PACS, document scanning, film file room functions, phone / fax results and providing customer service, and general clerical duties. May also include patient transportation, technical assistance and other patient related duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Education :
High school diploma or equivalent .
Experience :
One year of experience in radiology and / or related medical field preferred.
Skills :
Communication, customer service and reception skills. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions. Filing skills. Medical terminology preferred. CPR required for those assigned patient care duties.
