Job Title: MRI Technologist
Legacy Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Legacy Silverton Medical Center in Oregon.
About the Role:
As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring high-quality imaging results. Your expertise will put patients at ease, knowing they are in capable hands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently operate and maintain MRI equipment
- Prepare patients for scans, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Produce high-quality imaging results, meeting or exceeding clinical standards
Requirements:
- Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or Allied Health Imaging program
- One year of experience in MRI preferred, but not required
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
Certifications:
- National registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) required
- MRI certification (ARRT-MRI) required within six months of job placement
