Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized nursing care to pediatric patients
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
- Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care coordination
- Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA
Who We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid license .
- Experience in Pediatrics (or related field) minimum 1 year experience
- Excellent skills in medication administration and patient assessment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with patients and families.
- Bonus Points if you have experience in ICU or critical care settings!
