To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa R.N. License or LPN certificate, be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and C.P.R. Certification. Prior experience as a MDS Coordinator, one (1) year of experience as an R.N. in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate! If LPN, prior MDS experience is required.
