Come join our dynamic team of rehabilitation therapists at Southern Pines, an active senior retirement community located in Thomasville, GA. This opportunity will allow you to get the most out of your career as you:
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
- Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
- Treat residents one on one, not in a group type setting, so each patient get individualized attention. Private treatment sessions, functional based treatment approach. You have the ability to individualize treatment sessions.
