As a Clinical Supervisor(Post Acute Manager) you are to supervise and provide the nursing and personal care required by residents of the facility in your nursing unit, and to safeguard health and welfare of all the residents of the facility. Such care must be supervised and provide in accordance with the facility 's established policies and procedures,applicable laws and regulations and directions of your supervisors, who include the Director of Nursing (DON),Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON),to whom such persons report in cluding but not limited to Administrator, in order to assure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.As Clinical Supervisor (Post Acute Manager) you are delegated the administrative authority,responsibility,and accountability neccesary for carrying out your assigned duties.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of R.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate! Fully Vaccinated is required.

Salary : $78,000 - $98,800
