Location: Within a 50-mile radius of your home

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible care to overflow clients across various communities
- Administer medications with precision, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules
- Offer specialized wound care, monitoring progress and managing infection prevention
- Empower clients and families through health education on chronic condition management
- Maintain detailed patient records for seamless care coordination
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a 50-mile radius
- Clinical experience, preferably in home health
- Strong skills in assessment, planning, and time management
