We are looking for a forward-thinking multitasker with strong communication skills to perform the onboarding and day to day inquiries of our company's Attendants/Caregivers.
Education:
Minimum of an associates degree.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- One year in HR strongly preferred
- Demonstrates an independent work style with non-direct supervision after training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct pre-hire Background Checks and onboard 5-6 employees per day
· Maintain accurate and complete personnel records; ensure that rules concerning confidentiality and retention are followed
· Oversee and monitor the orientation process of new employees
