What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Build relationships with job seekers and match them with the right opportunities.
- Utilize various resources and strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (preferably in healthcare or caregiving).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping others and making a difference.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
