We’re looking for a Community Outreach Specialist who is passionate about community outreach for our PAS program.
Your Role:
- Identify potential patients/clients who can benefit from our services.
- Engage with patients/clients, their families, caregivers, and community members to ensure they are satisfied with our care.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance our community outreach efforts.
- Participate in community events, health fairs, and clinics to raise awareness.
- Build strong relationships with local doctors’ offices, community centers, senior living facilities, and programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Three years of customer service experience (preferred).
- One year of experience in marketing or community outreach (preferred).
- Comfortable working with Medicaid-qualified clients and senior care facilities.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to use your personal vehicle for field visits (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
