We are seeking motivated individuals to support the in-home provider care program (PAS or PHC services) at Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc. The Attendant Support Clerk will serve as the primary point of contact for attendants, ensuring that they have the resources and assistance needed to provide high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering high volume incoming calls from attendants regarding patient services and address their needs promptly.
- Processing attendant information in agency database.
- Supervising attendant schedules for patient services.
- Assisting with finding attendants and/or service coverage for patients.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that attendants have access to the resources and information they need.
Job Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required.
- Work experience in PAS/PHC Coordination or in a healthcare related field preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- High School Diploma minimum
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
