Quality Assurance LVN

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), the QA/LVN is responsible for the overall compliance with State and Federal guidelines of nursing practice.  Manages specific aspects of quality assurance for the Agency.

Qualifications:

Education:  Current Licensed Vocational Nurse licensed in the state of Texas            

Experience: 

                 Two years experience in Home Health 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and checking for accuracy and compliance
• Reviews documentation, OASIS comprehensive assessments, and 485’s for appropriateness and Application of Physician’s plan of care
• Consults with physician, when necessary to ensure and maintain safe, efficient, and quality client care
• Assists with medical and office supplies
