Key Responsibilities
- Complete and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly operational planning and budgeting.
- Audit organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct staff development, education, and coordination between departments.
- Monitor service utilization to ensure delivery of comprehensive care.
- Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.
- A bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing is preferred. Master’s degree in hospice preferred.
- 3 years of management experience in a hospice or related healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
