- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices in patient care and documentation.
- Monitor quality assurance programs and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service delivery and resident satisfaction.
