What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to the CEO/COO position at Legacy Hospitality Companies?

This position is primarily on-site Monday - Friday. In this role you will provide executive level support for the CEO/COO including, but not limited to receiving visitors, representing executives to others, arranging travel and correspondence, scheduling meetings, and providing information management support. Your primary responsibility will be to limit overload to ensure communication lines are fast and effective and all incoming and outgoing correspondence is properly routed or handled in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them according to deadlines.
Possess strong communication and writing skills.
Exhibit a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as familiarity with Box/Dropbox, DocuSign, Adobe, and an aptitude for adapting to other cloud-based applications.
Experience with Bookkeeping Software.
Pay meticulous attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Showcase excellent customer relationship management and public relations skills.
Display professionalism and courtesy in telephone etiquette.
Ability to pass a federal background check.
Hold a valid Driver's License. A current driving record report will be requested.
Proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (optional)
Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
