The Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport is looking to hire an additional GREAT person to join the team as a PM Maintenance Technician!

Hotel Maintenance Technicians enjoy working in a hospitality setting where upkeep of guest rooms and building maintenance are their primary focus.

The perfect candidate works well in solitude and takes initiative by completing tasks and / or any unexpected maintenance issues that arise.

This position is likely to require working afternoons, and Saturday and / or Sunday regularly.

What does your day primarily look like as a Maintenance Technician?

• Preventative Maintenance of guest rooms including maintenance, inspection and / or repair of
• Lighting
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Painting
• Appliances
• Doors and Locks
• Furniture and Fixtures
• Carpet maintenance
• Caulking
• Regular inspections of hallways, garages, working areas and common areas to ensure that furniture, fixtures and equipment are working properly and in excellent condition.
• Daily pool maintenance, ensuring chemicals are in balance
• Exterior building and ground maintenance, including assistance with snow removal, pressure washing, patio furniture maintenance, dumpster area maintenance
• Practices and adheres to safe work practices aligned with OSHA, hotel policies and state requirements
• Excellent verbal skills and displayed professionalism with co-workers and guests alike.
