What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager - South Bend Indiana position at LEGACY HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT?
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our LaQuinta in South Bend IN located at the entrance of the South Bend International airport. We are adding a small bar with limited food options in the spring of 2022 so some food and beverage knowledge is a plus. We will also be changing brands as part of this upgrade. The current operating system is Synxis so if you have experience with that system it will be helpful. We do have training modules available. This year has brought a major challenge with finding employees that want to work. A GM needs to be creative in their search for employees and offer a positive work environment.
We are Legacy Hospitality, located in Mishawaka, IN and our hotels are owned and operated by us. We believe a GM should be act and run their hotel like an owner.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
