What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance Person - LaQuinta Inn & Suites South Bend, IN (Airport Hotel) position at LEGACY HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT?
We are in a growth mode and are seeking candidates to fill current and upcoming positions as a maintenance person. Some experience required however you do not need to be certified in any areas. Tasks include preventative maintenance, guest requests, groundskeeping and some cleaning such as carpets and tile floors. Training and tools are provided.
We offer a great work environment and will require at least one weekend day. Normally the schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with two days off in a row or a fluctuating schedule based on the hotels business. We have hotels located in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. We also have a new hotel opening in Racine, Wisconsin.
