We're searching for a full-time Memory Care Aid to join our specialized caregiving team, delivering the support and compassion that our residents with memory needs deserve.
THE BASICS FOR A MEMORY CARE AID
Pay: We offer this caregiving position $16.00 - 17.50/hour!
Schedule: As a full-time Certified Caregiver, you'll work a stable schedule with two shift options:
- Option 1: Sunday - Tuesday 6 am - 6 pm and Wednesday 6 am - 12 pm
- Option 2: Wednesday 12 pm - 6 pm and Thursday - Saturday 6 am - 6 pm

YOUR DAY AS A MEMORY CARE AID
As a Memory Care Aid and Caregiver, you'll spend each day assisting residents with essential tasks like bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, creating a safe and comfortable living environment they can enjoy. You'll foster a supportive, positive atmosphere by participating in stimulating activities designed to uplift and engage residents, whether it's through meaningful conversations, social interaction, or group activities that bring joy to each day. With each caring gesture, you'll provide residents and their families peace of mind, knowing they are surrounded by compassionate, attentive care in a place they can call home.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A MEMORY CARE AID
- Caregiver certification, with a focus on memory care needs
- CPR and first aid certification
- Current food handler's card
- Physical ability to assist with mobility, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward residents
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
