THE BASICS
Pay: This part-time customer service position offers flexible shifts and a pay rate of $16 per hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 am – 3 pm and some weekends as needed.

YOUR DAY AS A SENIOR LIVING RECEPTIONIST
In this fun and engaging customer service position, you will spend your days welcoming guests to our community with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. You will assist residents and guests through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, ensuring everyone feels supported and cared for. Giving tours of our community will be a key part of your role, helping families decide if our community is the right fit for their loved ones. Alongside these tasks, you'll complete simple daily tasks that contribute to the overall success of our community. During quieter moments, you'll even have time to catch up on homework if you're a student.
