HOW YOU'LL ENHANCE OUR SENIOR LIVING FACILITY:
As our full-time Assisted Living Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our Nursing Department, working under the guidance of the Wellness Director to deliver excellence in every detail. You'll lead daily operations with efficiency and empathy, ensuring that each resident's service plan is personalized, current, and communicated across all care channels. You'll support our staff through thoughtful supervision, training, and scheduling while maintaining a warm, respectful culture that uplifts everyone. Beyond care, you'll have a keen eye on budgets, compliance, census management, and staffing-all while never losing sight of the dignity and privacy of every resident.

THE QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK:
- Experience in long-term care settings or assisted living environments
- Experience in the general management and operations of a healthcare facility, preferably in long-term care
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisor, and employees
- Willingness to work with the elderly
