We are a Fort Worth-based manufactured housing firm, seeking candidates for our Mortgage Servicing Department in Bedford, TX. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!

Due to continued growth, we are looking for candidates with or without experience to join our finance team. We train our Finance Reps in all aspects of mortgage servicing. Recent graduates or candidates with a background in sales, customer service, finance, or accounting are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned tasks on a daily basis without close supervision
• Ability to learn quickly and follow company policies
• Make outbound calls/Answer inbound calls
• Assist borrowers or dealers via phone, email, or fax
• Ability to enter accurate notes into servicing software
• Meet monthly goals set for department

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must!
• Experience or Degree in business, finance or accounting given priority
• Microsoft Office Computer Skills
• Reside in or near North Richland Hills/Hurst/Euless/Bedford/Irving areas preferred
• Successful background check, which may include criminal, credit, educational, and/or work history
