Property Manager

The position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of a community including:

• the assessment and collection of all amounts due pursuant to the lease agreements.
• achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates through effective advertising, property maintenance, and customer service.
• understanding and consistently enforcing community policies, lease terms, and applicable law(s) or regulation(s) pertaining to the property or the rental of homes.

The ideal candidate has prior property management experience (RV Park and/or Manufactured Housing is a plus), some college preferred but not required, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check which may include credit, employment, rental, educational, and previous employment histories.
