JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Tenant Management :
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and issues.
- Oversee tenant screening and application processes, ensuring compliance and thoroughness
- Manage tenant collections, ensuring timely payments and addressing delinquencies
- Coordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
- Execute eviction processes when necessary, adhering to legal requirements
Airbnb Guest Management :
Communicate with guests to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experienceScreen guests to ensure a good match with the property and its guidelinesAddress guest concerns and provide assistance during their stayBuilding Compliance & Maintenance :
Ensure all properties meet building compliance requirements and adhere to local regulationsSchedule and manage work orders, building repairs, and ongoing projectsCoordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain high property standardsAdministrative Tasks :
Manage all incoming mail related to properties and tenantsKeep accurate records of all property transactions and tenant interactionsMaintain organized documentation for leases, payments, and service requestsREQUIREMENTS : Experience :
2-5 years of previous property management experienceStrong proficiency in Excel and Gmail is requiredExperience with property management software Property Ware and Talk Route are a Plus!Skills & Competencies :
Must be able to work in the office AND travel to properties to handle on-site tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing circumstancesBilingual (English & Spanish) preferredStrong problem-solving abilitiesEducation & Certifications :
Valid Driver's LicenseADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must reside within a 30-45-minute commute of Zip Code 19038 and be able to cover the Philadelphia metro area as part of the roleCandidate must have reliable transportationCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
