What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandise Shelving Installer position at Legacy Installations, LLC?
Job Summary:
Legacy Installations is looking for 2 travel techs to install shelving, lights, complete resets, remodels, cleanouts, etc., for Circle K gas stations in our Southeast region.
Pay:
This is a 1099 position, and you must have GL & WC insurance coverages (you can apply with the company to have taken from check weekly). Jobs are paid out on a piece-rate pay scale (more you do, more you make) and paid out weekly via direct deposit. Pay can vary depending on the number of jobs you complete that week. This is seasonal, and our season is just starting for this territory, but you can make it a full-year-long job if you're willing to travel across the US.
Description:
You need a vehicle that has the ability to pull a trailer (16' open is recommended) to be able to pick up the shelving materials from Old Dominion at the beginning of the route. We then visit all stores on the route, performing the specs of the plan-o-gram to completion.
There will be times when a 26' box truck is needed for big installs, but the majority of routes can be handled with a 16' trailer.

- 3/4 in self taps 5/16 head #10
- 2 in construction screws
- 50 lb wall anchors
- Tapcon 1/4in by 2 1/4in 5/16 head screws
- 3/4 in wood screws for security doors and wood fixtures
- 1- 1/2 in L brackets
- 2 in L brackets
- 2- 1/2 inch L brackets
***Will use a wide assortment of other brackets on a case-by-case basis.
***All materials will be provided by the company. There will be instances where you have to purchase some of the above and submit your receipts to expense them back to the company.
