Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional support to clients via phone, email, and in person
Service existing policies (endorsements, billing help, proof of insurance, etc.)
Quote, bind, and process renewals with multiple carriers
Identify cross-sell opportunities to help clients round out their coverage
Support agency operations with documentation, follow-up, and admin tasks
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with a self-starter attitude
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Detail-focused and great at follow-through
Insurance experience is a plus, but were willing to train the right person
