After School Director – Legacy Kids Afterschool
Are you passionate about working with children and creating a fun, safe, and structured afterschool environment? Legacy Kids Afterschool is seeking a dedicated After School Director to lead our program!
Position: After School Director
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Additional hours on in-service camp days as needed
Pay: $17-$20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and pick up children from local schools and bring them to our campus
- Perform light cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment
- Set up daily activities and assist coaches in implementing them
- Communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns
- Enroll new members and assist with student registrations
- Conduct campus tours for prospective families
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or childcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, energetic environment
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
