Position: Senior Estate Planning, Probate, & Trust Administration Paralegal
Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and project driven paralegal to join our legal production team, specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. In this role, you will a be key leader of the firm’s engine room – Legal Operations – taking on the responsibility of bringing our attorney’s plan designs to life through case coordination, drafting, client communications and signing meetings. You will also conduct legal research to support estate planning strategies, prepare documents for probate proceedings, and ensure all case files and important information are meticulously organized and easily accessible.

Responsibilities:
The Paralegal is key to our Legal Productions Engine here at LLG. Core responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
• Manage base, advanced, and estate administration cases from beginning to end with little to no direction
• Confidently and professionally conduct document signing meetings with our clients, leading with the heart of a teacher
• Drafting base, advanced, and estate administration matters using WealthCounsel and internal templates
• Funding client's estate plans
• Preparing clients' estate planning portfolio binders
• Creating diagrams and overviews of clients' estate plans
• Assisting attorneys with non-standard estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients

Qualifications:
• 7 years of estate planning, probate, & trust administration experience
• WealthCounsel, WealthDocx experience is a super plus
• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired
