Life Insurance Sales Agent: Florida Office
We are looking for licensed insurance agents. Please apply ONLY if you are a licensed life insurance agent, 2-15. You should be in or near Hollywood, Florida. This is an in-office position. Please do not apply if you are planning to work remote.
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to individuals. We are looking for motivated salespeople that are excited to make $250-$300k per year. You must be comfortable developing relationships and closing business on the phone. You will be required to maintain knowledge of different insurance products, effectively communicate with clients, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Speak with clients to assess their financial needs and goals to help protect them and their families.
Policy Explanation: Educate clients about the different types of life insurance policies (term, whole life, universal life) and help them select the best option.
Policy Application and Processing: Assist clients in completing applications.
Compliance: Ensure all sales and applications meet industry regulations and company policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
License: Must have a valid life insurance agent license in the state where you operate.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills on the phone.
Customer Service: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients over the phone.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Time Management: Strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and online tools for managing leads and applications.
Licenses Requirements:
Life insurance license (required)
