Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Successful Business Managers are hands-on individuals who lead by example, care about their team's success, and drive team accountability to our company Standards. You'll have access to and work with other Business Managers across the company for shared success.
Duties
- Supervise your driver team in the daily activities of the business.
- Manage staff schedules and time off requests.
- Manage Fleet maintenance with approved vendors.
- Work collaboratively with team members and with FedEx staff.
- Monitor delivery operations throughout the day.
- Ensure the delivery quality and safety of your team meets company requirements. Perform driver coaching and supplemental training as required.
- Handle FedEx or Customer concerns related to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in operations management within fine dining or hotel settings.
- Completion of high school or GED (General Equivalence Diploma). College or some College preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated Leadership and Management experience.
- A clean personal Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must pass a (paid for) Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical and Drug Screen.
- 21 years old to be qualified to drive a commercial vehicle (CDL not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
