Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Growth Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving membership growth through effective lead generation and recruiting eligible providers into the Legacy Longevity Institute network. They will be identifying, building, and closing viable targets across the country. They will utilize multiple platforms to engage with providers including/not limited to cold calling, emailing, following up with referrals, exhibiting at tradeshows, and attending Summits/Events to generate leads. The Membership Growth Specialist is expected to grow the membership of Longevity Institute.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for generating leads and developing client relationship
- Execute on sales goals achieving targets/quotas based on new membership sales set forth by Director of Product Development
- Nurture pipeline of leads through the sales process to close
- Attend and exhibit at conferences and events
- Must be able to communicate effectively and handle sales objections
- Having a detailed understanding of the membership group through training and understanding of the overall vision/mission
- Stay up to date on all products and services offered through distribution
- Ability to utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce) to generate and track leads
- Building rapport and being a trusted resource for all potential LI candidates, existing LI members, office staff, and industry
- Ability to be coachable to continually learn about new products in the space
- Follow sales process as set forth by Director of Prod Development and VP of Operations
- Learn, maintain, and present consistent message to potential prospects as set forth in training by Director of Product Development
Requirements:
- 2 years in B2B sales position - preferably in Healthcare
- Proven work experience as a sales representative, bonus if worked in medical sales
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
