We are looking to add a Part-Time Supervisor to our Team! The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, supervising others, excellent attendance record and reliable transportation.
We believe success in this position requires individuals who can exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. This person will provide their team with structured opportunity to develop their own expertise and capability for quality work through effective delegation and shared responsibility for work output. Coaching and training support will be expected for effective delegation and follow through to support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.
What You Will Do
- Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure all details have been completed in compliance with the specific scope or work.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings, on the spot corrections, counseling and retraining on unsafe practices with all employees.
- Understand that challenges are opportunities, provide effective solutions to assist manager and staff in resolving issues that arise and make recommendations for improved efficiencies.
- Execute policies, procedures and changes to ensure sustainable and cost-effective use of staff’s time, supplies, equipment and processes.
- Help complete deliverables in client’s agreement/statement of work to the highest possible standards.
- Ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead teams.
- Other duties as needed.

About You
- Minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience in commercial cleaning.
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards.
- Communicate well with management and team members.
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, drive, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, speak, hear, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs.
