We are looking to hire a Client Relations Specialist who will train to work with businesses and our customers regularly to provide them with product knowledge and services, process sales, and present products available to them that would better suit their day to day.
The Client Relations Specialist will join our team having excellent communication. In a world of technology we work with the latest and fastest technology service providing reinstating communication on how important it is regularly. We want our customers and clients to feel satisfied when working with us, building professional and long term rapport. The Client Relations Specialist will be skilled in knowing AT&T’s services which range from high speed fiber interest, wireless air internet, cellular devices, and even land lines to be able to process sales orders. We have all the ability to expand our team and we are excited for our next Client Relations Specialist team member to join us.
What You’ll Do as a Client Relations Specialist:
- Our Client Relations Specialist will build and maintain relationships with customers and business, acting as a primary point of contact to better assist them
- Actively listening to their needs and giving tailored solutions, specific product presentations and service recommendations when they are interested in purchasing a service and our Client Relations Specialists need to close a sale
- Stay informed about the latest new services coming out to communicate offers effectively to customers and businesses
- Responsible for driving revenue, actively participating in regular sales presentations, partake in closing customers and maintain client relations
- Working with business to solve problems that they have executing a solution orientation mindset
