In this Entry Level Client Management role, you will be at the front of our client acquisition, sales and management team by working with our new and existing business accounts thoroughly. We desire a highly motivated Entry Level Client Management member to become a part of our team.

Entry Level Client Management Responsibilities

• Represent the complete range of our client’s telecommunications products and services including internet services, wireless devices, and hot spot solutions
• Secure new business accounts and oversee them as you sustain undergoing meaningful relationships
• Work with business to process their sales order and maintain communication throughout their installation and delivery process
• Engage with customers by active listening and answering questions to successfully close accounts.
• Regularly attend scheduled Entry Level Client Management product knowledge development courses to improve sales techniques and stay informed on service improvements.

Entry Level Client Management Requirements

• Experience in customer relations, management, leadership, relations, or sales role is preferred
• Comfortable with in-person interactions both with customers and business owners
• Basic understanding of technology
• Constantly asking questions and open to feedback to develop skills in this field
• Thrive in a collaboration in a team environment with other team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $2,000.00 per week
