The Entry Level Customer Service Manager's key responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, answering inquiries with clarity and confidence, and effectively communicating how our products and services provide real solutions that enhance their lives. The Entry Level Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for working closely with customers to process their sales orders on services they are inquiring about, following up on those transactions, and concluding with the installation of service or delivery of product.
